Our Cream of Tomato Soup

As the colder months approach, I find myself switching out the family menu from cooler meals to meals that are a bit heavier and piping hot when presented. Goodbye Ceasar Salads, until next year's garden provides us with crispy romaine lettuce. Hello hearty soup and stews!  This soup is delicious served up for lunchtime or a light evening meal.

Full article and recipe can now be found at Rhythm of the Home.

  1. How yummy this tomato soup looks! Much easier than the one I make too. I start with fresh tomatoes and it takes a while and is messy. Delicious but maybe I will save that recipe for summertime and make yours now!

PS i like crushed ritz crackers on mine even now :)

  2. This sounds so yummy! I love any kind of soup and this one is a must to try. I do however still put crackers in mine on occasion and sometimes to really add crunch to it, I add homemade croutons.... It's delicious!
Hope you have a great weekend.
    Many Blessings,
    Amy
